Emamul Hosen Shaikh was born and raised in Calcutta, India. In Emamul’s early years his mom, who is a trained chef herself, could tell he was passionate about cooking. Together they created quality Indian curries while cooking at home. Emamul has since worked in several top restaurants across India and Canada. His vast experience in Indian cuisine has allowed him to express his passion for quality, his creativity and his style.
Having spent considerable time in some of India’s best restaurants, Emamul brings his invaluable knowledge of food to our kitchen. His menu and style of cooking is very much like you would find in traditional India. We know you will find his food as exciting and enjoyable as we have!
